a quaint yourself with, before you can successfully create a web page. Having your own web page is a vital
tool in promoting your business or sharing information about yourself. A properly designed web page
can create extra sales and get your message to a wider audience. Most people have a go at designing their own web page
and it can save a lot of money. Be advised, this can be very time consuming but the challenge of making your own page
can be very rewarding. We have designed a few free templates to help you get started. Read on to see how you can create your own web page.

You probably have some free web space allocated to you with your internet service provider. Many people are happy
to use this and run small businesses or home pages. If you choose this option this is what you will need!
1. Notepad or a similar basic text editor. (We use Araneae.) 2. Have a good read of this basic HTML Site. 3.Paintshop Pro or similar paint program. 4. FTP program. (Used to upload your files to the internet.) We use WF-FTP 5. Access to your allocated web space. (You will need the host name and address to access your allocated space.)
Its simply a matter of down loading the template of your choice, adding your content, pictures etc. Using Paintshop Pro to make yourself
a logo. Once you are happy with your web page, use your FTP program to upload it to the internet.
Each of the above programs have many help files that need to be read and understood. Please set aside some time to understand each program before you set of on your project.
